Starting Your Private Practice: Everything You Need to Know About Insurance Panels, Billing and Building a Caseload
This workshop is for professionals who are interested in starting a private practice or who already have a private practice and want to grow and enhance their business. In this half-day workshop clinicians will develop skills to market their practice, navigate through billing and insurance panel. Participants will emerge with a basic understanding of how to start, grow, and maintain a successful private practice, develop a marketing niche, and successfully run a business.

About the Presenter: Karen Chinca, LICSW, Diplomate, Academy of Cognitive Therapy, specializes in cognitive behavioral therapy for eating disorders, trauma and PTSD, stress and anxiety, panic attacks, and depression. She is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with over 10 years of experience treating clients with a wide range of diagnoses. Holding a Master of Social Work from Boston College, as well as a Master of Business Administration from Boston University in Health Care Management has provided her with a myriad of skills on which is drawn to enhance the quality of people’s lives.
